I wanted to change my gender-ID, but Germany says "no". The big joke is, that I've a female body but the politicians in this country think that it makes more sense to manage me as "man with vagina" officially. The Constitutional Court didn't see any violation against the German Constitution.
Stop the lies about Germany, that made me sick. Most of the people in the world may think Germany is a paradise for human rights.
Some people may think that Germany is a place where transsexual people have the right to correct their gender-status to their origin sex (that can differ from the genitals at birth). And yes, even Mr. Hammarberg the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights doesn't want to see the whole truth what's really going on in the german human rights wonderland.
I am a woman with "male papers", and German Courts and German Politicians don't show big interest in changing this foolish game. They would call me "Man who wants to live in the female gender role". And my answer is: No. I am what I am.
There are people who are responsible for this bitter truth in Germany: People who believe in Adam and Eve or something "inbetween", People who don't want to see that sex is not one-dimensional, People who believe in ideologies and religion (either in a monotheistic religion or a modern version of patriarchy, the Freudian psychoanalysis who invented the "psychosexual development" and lead to things like scoobiedoish words and phantasms like "gender identity") instead of the diversity of nature.
This is my protest against sexual facism, racist ideologies and suppression of sexual minorities.
I exist.
